AI & Experimental Technology Notice
AI, Edge AI, IoT, intelligent environments, robotics, soft robotics, and other Labs material may be exploratory. This Notice separates public research direction from production claims, regulated advice, and product warranties.

Research and experimental status
Public Labs and Ideas material may describe hypotheses, design principles, experiments, architecture patterns, future directions, or conceptual capabilities. Experimental systems can fail, change, be abandoned, or produce results that do not generalize beyond a test context.
We may change terminology, architecture, models, providers, components, assumptions, and conclusions as evidence improves. Earlier material may become obsolete without being removed immediately.
AI limitations and variability
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, insecure, non-deterministic, or contextually inappropriate outputs. Model behavior can change because of model updates, prompts, tools, data, provider behavior, system configuration, or environmental conditions.
No statement on the public Site guarantees that an AI output is correct, legally compliant, safe, original, fit for a specific purpose, or suitable for autonomous use.
No substitute for licensed or accountable professionals
Public AI-related content is not a substitute for professional judgment where legal, engineering, architectural, medical, financial, cybersecurity, construction-code, safety, or other regulated expertise is required. AI assistance does not transfer professional responsibility away from the person or organization legally responsible for a decision.
Physical-world and safety-critical systems
Software that senses or affects buildings, electrical systems, HVAC, water, access control, vehicles, machinery, robots, or other physical systems can create safety, property, privacy, cybersecurity, code-compliance, and operational risks that do not exist in ordinary informational software.
Public #Dobro material must not be treated as installation instructions, a safety certification, an engineering specification, or authorization to control a physical system. Production deployment requires context-specific engineering, testing, fail-safe behavior, permissions, human override, code and regulatory review, cybersecurity controls, and contractual allocation of responsibility.
Customer systems and written agreements
Any production AI system, agent, prototype, customer integration, data-processing arrangement, model-training arrangement, automated action, IoT system, or physical device delivered by #Dobro will be governed by the applicable written agreement, scope of work, documentation, and product- specific notices. Public Site statements do not expand a written warranty, service level, license, or scope.
Data and confidentiality
Do not paste or transmit confidential, regulated, export-controlled, credential, personal, or third-party data into an AI system merely because the system is convenient. Data permissions, provider terms, retention, model-training settings, residency, security, and contractual restrictions must be evaluated for the actual use case.
Public Site inquiries are governed by our Privacy Policy and Idea Submission & Confidentiality Notice.
Performance and marketing claims
Statements about speed, efficiency, resource savings, accuracy, latency, safety, cost, productivity, or other performance should be understood in the stated context and not as universal guarantees. Where a claim depends on a test, benchmark, estimate, prototype, or third-party source, the relevant assumptions and limitations matter.
#Dobro does not authorize third parties to make unsubstantiated performance, earnings, safety, regulatory, or professional-substitution claims about our current or future technology.
Human responsibility
Our operating philosophy is human-centered: context before automation, bounded authority, safety by design, and evidence before autonomy. Those are design principles, not guarantees that every experimental system is error-free. Human oversight must be proportionate to the consequence of the action.
